Hey there. Ive been playing swg since well basically week one. Im trying to figure out what to do before i either quit the game or start playing again. Money has always been a big problem. Im a casual player and dont have the time to grind my own money like i used to. So im wondering if any one knows what i should do to make some quick money before i server transfer. As well as anything i should do before i transfer.
Ive always had a problem with the auto it script or w/e. Always been to complicated non of the scripts worked right, it just never worked. And now that i have vista that makes it seem even more like i wont be able to use this program right. But i am looking for something on the mostly to full afk stuff, since time is a problem for me.
Anyways heres what ive got to work with. 3/4 lvl 90 crafters, over 2 lvl 90 ents. lvl 90 jedi spy commando and bh. As well as a lvl 81 or 82 medic.

Any help is appreciated

WE’ve seen what he’s talking about, I believe the general assumption going around right now is that through some means, people are able to essentially avoid all damage, and do an insane amount. The combat logs don’t support the “why”, for instance a guild member (commando), with an excessive amount of health was 2 shotted by a BH, the combat logs showed 2k damage dealt, however all 16k of health was drained. Someone I was talking to on another server has seen the same thing there as well. Rumors are that there is a variation of the “super ent buff” that’s back, no word on how though. Thinking of firing up my memory hack again and seeing if there is something interesting going on in the swg client again.

I am no flurry and I have been hearing talks that NWO is being seriously investigated by GMs to the point that someone who plays, managed to talk to someone up in the food chain of management and or a higher level GM. A few NWOs are rumored to have been banned already.

Given the damage that they seem to be giving out, it is beyond what any toon should be able to do.

That and there is talk that the files that are allegedly being use can either only be accessed by a GM, or were leaked in some manner.

here it goes get a group of friends (must be 90) get them pets presumably 60 point pets go dantooine press v go into points of intrest go for the first dauntri village make all of your group stand in middle of the village get there pets out then start a macro ill tell you the macro down the bottom ok so now get those macros running make sure u have a medic poping bacta spray and there DoT and make sure uve got a commando poping there mine and a bh poping trap and there DoT make sure there macro makes the pet attack everything in range

WHAT TO DO FIRST
Obviously the first thing to do is to buy some grenades. This is not as easy as it sounds, as grenades are not made very often (it takes the weaponsmith a long time and a lot of resources). The way i found grenades was to advertise on the trade forums or just ask Commando’s if they knew a place to buy grenades. Make sure when you are buying the ‘nades that they are about 200-800 damage with a speed of 2.0-2.9. Dont bother to get these grenades sliced, unless you know someone who can give you free slices or you are a smuggler. For those of you who would prefer more bang for your buck, look around for some Grenade Powerups. If you cannot find any, a Master Artisan should be able to make some. The best way to buy grenades is in factory crates of 25. They will often be priced between 15k and 40k.

Ok, now we have some grenades. But what is the best and quickest way to use them? Go to your toolbar. If you havent extended it into 2 bars, do that now. On the top left of your toolbar there should be 2 little arrows. Press one of these arrows until you find an empty or unused toolbar. Now clear a lot of space in your inventory and pull out a full crate worth of grenades. Place each grenade in a slot in the toolbar.

Ok so our grenades are ready to be used. However we need to be suitably protected so we dont blow up when the creatures do. If you are wearing ANY armour without blast resists (Ubese, Mabari etc) this will not be good. I use composite armour with at least 70% Blast damage protection. Now that you have armour selected, get buffed as you normally do.

WHAT TO KILL

Now we are all prepared to use our grenades, but it is no use unless we know what to kill. Go to either Dathomir or Dantooine. On both of these planets you normally find large solo groups. Get in a group and take missions for creatures that have no blast resists, but still give out good xp. Some examples of these are:

Dantooine
Huurton Stalkers
Pikets
Dathomir
Baz Nitches

Obviously there are more than just these animals that you can hunt with grenades. Ok, take 2 missions for these creatures (it is faster to get them in one direction but you do not have to), switch to your ‘grenade toolbar’ and head to the mission WP.

COMBAT!!!!!

Congratulations, you are almost there. Now all we have to do is destroy the lair (it helps to have mastered an elite combat profession for this).Now, attack the lair before you attack the other creatures (lets imagine that they areHuurton Stalkers). This gets the Huurtons attacking you in a large group. Because attacking a lair gives you a 100% hit ratio, and ALL grenades have a blast radius, you should move close to the mission lair. This means that the pack of Huurtons that is attacking you will follow you and crowd around their lair. Now start throwing ‘nades’. Remember, each grenade has 5 uses, so hit each of the grenades in your toolbar 5 times before going to the next one. The lair and Huurtons will take longer to kill than a normal lair, but if u have mastered an elite combat profession each Huurton killed will give you 5000 Combat XP. After the lair is empty, switch to a normal weapon, as it is a waste of grenades to take the lair out with no real results.

THE NUMBERS

Anybody who has mastered an elite combat profession (especiallya melee one) will find this easy to do. And since your Combat XP will cap out at 300k, it is also a lot quicker than a normal grind.300k Combat XP = 100k FSXP. This means that it is possible to get possibly 500k FS XP done in 1 day.

The upgrades are used with experitse points which help players use up to 45 of these expertise points to hone their character into whatever they want.
